"When I originally began my search for a property at the Lake, I contacted a number of agents via the Internet. Ed was the professional who contacted me first. I was impressed with his timeliness and follow through. I asked a number of questions of him and I made it known that this was all preliminary since it would be over 9 months before I'd make an actual purchase.
